Our History
From Project Plans to Plans to Hunt and Fish!
Back in 2018, a chance meeting in a corporate setting sparked a friendship unlike any other. Vic, the seasoned tech pro, and Zach, the fresh-faced college grad, found themselves connected by something far more exciting than project planning: a deep love for the outdoors and their shared bond over being onset hunters.
Their weekends weren't just about project deployments; they were fueled by the thrill of hunting, fishing, and simply being outdoors. It took a while before arranging that first (ever so awkward) fishing man date but It all clicked that day on Lake Lanier in North Georgia, the "young pup" (Zach) surprised the "old dog" (Vic) with his desire to share his knowledge of bass fishing and patience to endure Vic's horrendous angling techniques.
Fast forward to today, and their shared passion for the outdoors has given life to First Tracks Outdoors. They're on a mission to create a community where everyone, from seasoned veterans to curious newcomers, can experience the magic of nature and learn from each other.
